  Living nearby, we are familiar with this gem of a restaurant in Pompano, and have frequented it in the past.
  
  So much so that, this is where my wife and I came right after we were married on the beach near here several years ago.
  
  However, today's service and one of our two entrées was disappointing!!!
  
  We arrived 10 min early for our 7:30 reservation, and we're immediately seated. Then it took our server almost 15 minutes before he showed up at out table. He then brought us water took our drink order, and it was almost another 20 min before our drinks arrived.
  
  My wife ordered the short ribs, which were AMAZING !!!.... I ordered the Pheasant which was under cooked.
  
  Over all disappointed with this visit.

  The food is excellent, inventive and well presented. The ambiance could use some work, as it felt like every other restaurant. The service was attentive, and polished. I would give 5 points if the cost or environment was better.

  Our Favorite place for celebrations. Daren and Oliver are always taking care of the detail. Great food, best menu ever!!! Service is perfect. Luxury from reservation to dessert.
