  This is the 3rd time in a row that I've been here and had really terrible, slow service. It was also evident around us that all the other customers were unhappy too. A couple next to us commiserated with us on how their food arrived cold after they waited for over an hour for it to be done. We sat and waited for 20 minutes (which we literally timed with a stop watch after about 10 min had already gone by), before then asking the host if we were going to have a waiter come by and take our drink order. Another time I was here, the waiter completely forgot one of the orders from our group and we all felt bad eating before the other person in our party so we had to wait another 45 min for it to be corrected.
  
  Great food, because it's Carrabba's, but this is a terrible location. I was willing to overlook the first couple of bad experiences, but after the 3rd strike, I won't be coming back.

  The best Carrabbas I've been to. Great service and great food. Pleasant staff. Busy Friday night, everyone hustling. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
