  Used to be awesome, but they seem to have a new crew. They mess up orders. They're rude. Also, they take money with their gloves on then make more sandwiches without changing gloves. I think I'm finally done with this place. It's a shame because I remember when they opened, and the franchisee was super nice.

  Come on jimmy johns I give u my address and u don't service my area I call another one and they give me a numbe to the first one I called. Can u tell me how u service right across the street from me but not my area... No to mention the girl on the phone was so rude.... Never again

  The staff is VERY rude! I walked in and was not greeted, instead the girls in the front just stared at me. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all. I ordered a veggie sub with wheat bread and they charged me for the wheat bread! I never experienced such a ridiculous thing. What kind of sub franchise charges you for wheat bread?! Not Subway, not Publix, not even Firehouse Subs! First and LAST time that I'll ever give Jimmy John's a chance. Not to mention, when I asked to speak to a manager one of the girls in the front said she was the "manager" and was STILL rude and very unprofessional. The sub did not taste good. Waste of time and money.
